Day 1 Auckland
Arrive Auckland. Transfer to your hotel. For travelers arriving before 15.00 short city tour, including driving up Mt Eden (ancient volcano) for a spectacular view of the city. Drive on panoramic boulevard to Mission Bay, back to city and Queen St.
Accommodation: Auckland City Hotel. Auckland.

Day 2 Waitomo Caves/ Rotorua
Drive south through the Waikato district to Waitomo. At the Waitomo Caves experience a guided tour and boat ride of the incredible Glow-worm Grotto lit by thousands of tiny glowworms. In the afternoon stop at the famous Big Apple Restaurant for lunch, before traveling to Rotorua.
Enjoy an evening with traditional Maori culture and entertainment with sumptuous buffet dinner, followed by a performance by Maori dancers.

Day 3 Rotorua
Depart at 08.00am for Wai–O-Tapu Geothermal Wonderland. You will see lots of thermal activities, mud pools and Knox Geyser erupting at 10.15am. Drive back to Rotorua for a leisurely walk through Red Forest where you see giant sequoias. Opportunity to visit Rainbow Springs where you will view the Kiwis or maybe take a swim at hot Polynesian Spa. Free time this afternoon. (B)

Day 4 Rotorua/ Wellington
This morning depart Rotorua, traveling south before stopping to view Huka Falls. Next stop will take your breath away with view of Lake Taupo – New Zealand’s largest freshwater lake with Mt Ruapehu behind. We travel south along the lake and on to Desert Road past volcanic plateau of World Heritage listed Tongariro National Park. Stop for lunch in Taihape – gumboot capital of NZ. Continue through the Capiti Coast and into the capital city Wellington. City tour will include drive up Mt Victoria for a spectacular view of the city, visit to Te Papa National Museum.

Day 5 Wellington/Christchurch
This morning join the inter-island cruise across Cook Strait and into the tranquil Queen Charlotte Sound, to Picton on the South Island. Travel along the rugged coast to Kaikoura, where you will stop to see NZ fur seal colony. Continue driving to the beautiful city Christchurch.

Day 6 Christchurch – Mt. Cook
In the morning brief city tour, before traveling south over Canterbury Plains. Stop at Lake Tekapo and view the Church of the Good Shepherd. Continue towards Mt. Cook National Park, home to New Zealand’s highest mountain. Maybe take an optional scenic flight over Mt Cook Mountain (weather permitting).

Day 7 Mt. Cook/ Dunedin
In the morning stop at the salmon farm to taste some smoked salmon. Follow the Waitaki Valley, passing hydroelectric dams at Waitaki and Aviemore. Travel through Oamaru and the East Coast to Moreoki where we stop to see strange boulders on the beach. Continue south to Dunedin, the most Scottish NZ town.

Day 8 Dunedin – Te Anau
Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Dunedin a visit historic Larnach Castle. Travel south through Balclutha and the farming town of Gore. Cross the rich fertile country of South Otago and continue to Te Anau, the gateway to Fiordland National Park.

Day 9 Milford Sound
Travel south towards Fiordland, with scenic stops at the Eglinton Valley and Mirro Lakes, through the Homer Tunnel and to the Chasm for a short walk in Temperate Rain Forrest before arriving at Milford Sound. Enjoy a 1.5hour cruise on the waters of this wonderful fiord right to the Tasman Sea, with views to Mitre Peak and Bowen Falls. Drive to beautiful town of Queenstown

Day 10-11 Queenstown
2 days at leisure for you to enjoy the many attractions of Queenstown. You could try famous Shotover Jets; take a trip across Wakatipu Lake. Ride the Skyline Gondola to Bob’s Peak for a magnificent view. Or just simply relax and enjoy scenery. (B) (HD)

Day 12 Queenstown/Fox Glacier
Visit to Arrowtown, a colorful township that used to be gold town than on to famous Kawarau River where you can try bungy jumping. Through the Kawarau Gorge with a stop at the famous fruit shop with amazing variety of fruit and honey. Quick stop at lakeside town of Wanaka before climbing over the Haast Pass, through Mount Aspiring National Park and wild mountain and forest scenery. We reach Tasman Sea and continue north along the coastal road to Fox Glacier.

Day 13 Punakaiki/ Christchurch
This morning you will take a walk to Fox Glacier. After that why not take a helicopter flight with glacier landing (weather permitting). Than continue north along the rugged coast to Hokitika and Punakaiki and see the Pancake Rocks. Across the Southern Alps through Arthur`s Pass on Glenthorne Station which is a 14,000 hectare working station farming fine wool sheep, beef cattle and red deer. It has many interesting historical and geological features, accessed by many kilometres of farm tracks. These tracks and the surrounding environment make Glenthorne one big “adventure playground” for guests to enjoy in many ways. (B)

Day 14 Christchurch
Drive to Christchurch and transfer to Christchurch Airport to connect with your flight (B)
